Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Cimba.ai, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products from problem discovery to deployment and iteration. You will work closely with customers, AI engineers, and leadership to build scalable, reliable AI systems that solve complex enterprise challenges. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, product thinking, and business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven solutions.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements and AI use cases.
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers on LLM-based systems and prompt engineering workflows.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and measure model performance.
• Define success metrics and build feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand workflows and pain points.
• Drive 01 product development and scale existing systems.
• Balance trade-offs between accuracy, latency, cost, and user experience.
• Ensure production readiness: reliability, monitoring, and guardrails.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in product management.
• Strong experience working with technical/engineering teams.
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
• Experience with B2B or enterprise products.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to AI/ML systems, especially LLMs (e. g., prompt engineering, RAG systems), and evaluation frameworks for AI outputs.
• Experience in 01 product build.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or deep-tech companies.
• Familiarity with APIs, system design, or data workflows.
