Product Delivery Manager

A bit about us:

At Gamma we provide voice, data, and mobile solutions to businesses across the UK, Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. When you join us, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that’s transforming how businesses connect and communicate globally.

We’re growing fast, but we never lose sight of what matters: our people. Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manager to join our Gamma Owned Products engineering team in Manchester. You’ll take ownership of the technical delivery and development of a Gamma product, leading engineering squad leads and ensuring teams deliver high-quality software in line with the product roadmap.

Working closely with the Product Owner Manager (POM), you’ll translate product requirements into clear technical deliverables, manage priorities and dependencies, and drive delivery from discovery through to release. You’ll combine strong technical understanding, Agile delivery expertise, and people leadership to build motivated teams and continuously improve how we deliver products.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

Leading and developing engineering squad leads, building accountable, collaborative, and high-performing teams.

Owning end-to-end technical delivery of your product, ensuring releases align with the product roadmap and agreed timelines.

Working with the POM during discovery to clarify requirements, technical scope, and delivery expectations.

Translating requirements into epics, user stories, and delivery plans, using Agile techniques such as user story mapping.

Coordinating multiple development streams, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and changes in scope.

Driving the software development lifecycle, from solution design through development, testing, and release.

Ensuring delivered software meets requirements, acceptance criteria, and agreed quality standards.

Facilitating Agile ceremonies and maintaining Jira boards to support transparent planning and delivery.

Identifying delivery risks early, making informed decisions, and communicating progress and changes to stakeholders.

Working with Product, UX, Technology, Security, and other teams to resolve issues and align priorities.

Challenging requirements and proposed solutions constructively to improve outcomes for customers and end users.

Driving continuous improvement across engineering processes, delivery practices, and team performance.

What you’ll need

We’re looking for a technically strong leader with proven experience delivering software products through Agile, multidisciplinary teams. You’ll have:

Experience leading multiple engineering squads and managing technical professionals at different levels.

A strong track record of delivering high-quality software products to agreed timelines and at scale.

Extensive experience with Agile software delivery, including iterative development, rapid feedback, and adapting to change.

Ability to translate product requirements into epics, user stories, and achievable delivery plans.

Strong understanding of product backlogs, prioritisation, Agile ceremonies, and software development practices.

Experience working with Product Managers, UX Designers, and technical teams to refine requirements and user journeys.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge scope, timelines, and technical approaches.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and delivery expectations.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Lucid, and Microsoft 365.

What do we offer you?

25 days annual leave + birthday

Subsidised private medical insurance

5.1% matched pension contributions

Enhanced parental leave

Life assurance and Income protection
