Ihre Aufgaben
- Process customer orders in the ERP system
- Create and maintain customer master data
- Manage sales prices in the ERP system and verify pricing on customer invoices
- Prepare and update short- and long-term sales forecasts
- Support sales planning and business forecasting activities
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries and pricing
- Coordinate customer priorities with the production planning team
- Prepare reports and analyses for the management team
- Cooperate closely with the Production, Planning, Logistics and Finance departments
- Participate in customer meetings and occasional business trips
Ihr Profil
- Secondary school or university degree
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar position is an advantage
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, with the confidence to communicate with international customers and colleagues on a daily basis
- German language skills are an advantage
- Experience with an ERP system is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively and adapt to changing customer requirements
- Driving licence (Category B)
