Ihre Aufgaben
- Support and further development of the ERP system proALPHA at our international site in the Czech Republic
- Provide first- and second-level support for all IT systems
- Technical administration and optimization of the ERP environment
- Support the adaptation and digitalization of business processes
- Implement IT projects and independently lead sub-projects
- Administer server, network (WAN, LAN, WLAN), and telephony infrastructure
- Manage VMware environments as well as physical servers
- Ensure a stable, secure, and modern IT operations environment
Ihr Profil
- Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical school, or university degree) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in IT support and system administration
- Knowledge of the ERP system proALPHA is an advantage
- Solid understanding of hardware, IT architecture, and network infrastructure
- Experience with server and virtualization enviroments (e.g. VMware)
- Very good command of Czech and Englisch; German is an advantage
- Service-oriented and communicative personality
- Structured and independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills
