Key Responsibilities

  • Support engineering projects and steel fabrication operations.

  • Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.

  • Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.

  • Assist in technical problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare engineering reports and monitor project progress.

  • Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational standards.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from one of the following disciplines:

  • Civil Engineering

  • Mechanical Production Engineering

  • Metallurgical / Materials Engineering

  • Mechatronics Engineering

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Structural Engineering

 

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 years of experience.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
