Project Management

• Drive end-to-end project implementation specific to integration of multiple tech platforms

• As necessary to the project, manage product development from facilitating solution design, breaking down features into refined chunks, endorsing user stories to the development team, and preparing releasable products for launch

• Facilitate cross group communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead the creation and monitoring of quarterly roadmaps that serve to deliver key initiatives for GCash

• Create and maintain timelines and proactively ensures alignment for all project stakeholders

• Collaborate with the Platform Management team in discovering, evaluating and integrating third party solutions to GCash

Operations Management

• Kickstart operational initiatives post-integration to enable business users to utilize the platforms with ease, realizing business impact in the most efficient way possible

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create new processes and improve existing processes

Tech Collaboration

• Work closely with the Scrum team on all parts of the development process

• Able to understand and carry technical conversations

• Conduct iteration planning, leads tech assessments, and creates epics and user stories with the main purpose of maximizing the value delivered by the team

• Prioritize the product backlog based on a balance of business, tech and market factors

• Ensure that the team has a direct connection with business through user story development and iteration review

Qualifications:

• Strong background in project management and collaborative communication

• Has 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager of mobile apps or digital products

• Understanding in Performance Marketing channels and operations

• With experience in scaled agile environments

• Highly organized and has attention to detail

• Has a strong drive to make things happen
