Change Control: Protects & manages the movement of releases in the prod environment, develops common strategies for release governance & establish consistent release management processes, creates common standards & formats for release playbooks & standardize release decision-making

Reviewing change requests: Tasked with determining the potential impact of the proposed changes, and whether the requested change is feasible and aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Calculating and communicating risks: Assess the potential risks and impacts of proposed changes to the organization. It reviews the potential impact on business processes, systems, and stakeholders while identifying possible threats to the organization’s data and security

System performance & efficiency: Continuously improving the high processing performance of the system in a large-scale distributed system environment, ensuring safe,stable and fast operation of the system. Responsible for ensuring the operational stability of the platform.

Advanced High Availability Capacity Building: Identify all single points, high concurrency, hotspots of SAAS, propose solutions and land it.

Emergency handling: In the case of failure in production, able to establish emergency mechanisms, hemostasis, business recovery. In this process, has a higher synergy, influence and organizational capabilities, and can establish a series of emergency mechanisms.

Building solutions to support operations and development teams: SREs will proactively build and implement software based on identified needs to accelerate development velocity without compromising reliability. This could include code adjustments, automation, monitoring and alerts, and incident management tools.

Qualifications:

5 years experience coding in Java, was able to work on design and development web application system

Must have hands-on experience as an SRE or DevOps engineer
