Roles and Responsibilities

• System Assembly & Construction: Perform complex assembly for both prototype and production units while building and evaluating sophisticated engineering models.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive fault analysis at the subsystem and system levels, leveraging AI diagnostic tools to resolve complex multi-variable issues.
• Testing & Validation: Prepare and execute diagnostic procedures, verifying the accuracy of AI-drafted test protocols against real-world hardware performance.
• Design Optimization: Conduct rigorous diagnostic testing and implement necessary corrections to improve existing designs, processes, and intermodule dependencies.
• Technical Documentation: Support the creation of engineering, manufacturing, and service documentation to ensure operational clarity.
• Operational Support: Provide ongoing technical support for production and field service operations to maintain high-quality system performance.
• Quality Monitoring: Monitor defect trends, communicating critical technical issues to the engineering team.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Support training materials development and provide technical guidance to team members, utilizing AI tools to rapidly reference procedures and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a hardware-focused technical role, with a proven track record in high-complexity environments.

• System-Level Diagnostic Expertise: 1+ years of troubleshooting across complex, multi-variable subsystems and integrated systems.
