Let’s Talk about the Role

The Field Service Technician will implement technical solutions to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of wind turbine generator systems.

You will act as a key technical representative in the field, managing maintenance and repair operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Your work directly supports our mission to provide clean, reliable energy by ensuring our wind assets operate at peak efficiency.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Executing preventive and planned maintenance on wind turbine systems to ensure long-term operational excellence.

  • Performing complex fault analysis and repairs to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.

  • Coordinating effectively with internal and external contractors to ensure site activities are completed safely and efficiently.

  • Managing technical documentation, including service reports and checklists, to maintain accurate maintenance history.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical queries, retrofits, and system repairs.

Skills for Success

You should be a dedicated technical professional with a passion for problem-solving and an eye for detail.

  • Professional training in electrical engineering sector (electrician, power electronics system, mechatronic engineer).

  • Capability to diagnose and remedy faults using PLC systems.

  • Understanding of technical documentation and MS Office software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage onsite tasks with a high degree of quality awareness.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.

Special Role Requirements

  • Ability to work comfortably at heights and maintain high physical fitness standards.

  • Hold a valid Class B driving license (for vehicles up to 3.5t with trailer).
