Zakres Obowiązków:

  • Realizacja operacji kontrolnych podczas procesów produkcyjnych.
  • Realizacja pomiarów w procesie produkcyjnym, w tym wykorzystanie urządzeń pomiarowych.
  • Terminowe opracowanie dokumentacji jakościowej.
  • Zgłaszanie wszelkich nieprawidłowości dotyczących wyboru, procesu i dokumentacji, ujawnionych w trakcie dokonywania kontroli i badań.
  • Współpraca z wydziałami produkcyjnymi oraz inżynierami procesu.
  • Współudział w ciągłym doskonaleniu i usprawnianiu procesów.
  • Współudział w realizacji analizy systemów pomiarowych (MSA), zbieranie danych.
  • Uczestnictwo w rozwiązywaniu problemów jakościowych i produkcyjnych w podległym obszarze.
  • Uczestnictwo w wizytacjach klienta dotyczących punktów meldowania (KM) oraz zatrzymania (KH).

Wymagania:

  • Dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego.
  • Czytanie dokumentacji produkcyjnej i konstrukcyjnej.
  • Obsłucha narzędzi pomiarowych np.: mikromierz, średnicówka, niwelator, teodolit
  • Znajomość metod badań NDT: VT, PT, MT, UT.
  • Umiejętność analizy wyników pomiarowych.
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole.
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Podstawowa wiedza w zakresie procesów zwojenia i montażu

Mile Widziane:

  • Umiejętność wykonywania pomiarów elektrycznych (SEP)
  • Umiejętności analityczne w tym znajomość metodologii 8D,PDCA
  • Znajomość narzędzi jakościowych np.: FMEA, SPC, MSA
  • Uprawnienia VT2, PT2, MT2, UT2 wg EN ISO 9712
  • Znajomość i doświadczenie w zakresie procesów spawania ( MAG, TIG )
