Aufgabenbereich

  • Vorbereitung des Kessels: Abladen und Transport des Kessels zum Arbeitsplatz, Montage von Komponenten und Zubehörteilen, Durchführung einfacher Schweißarbeiten, Transport des vorbereiteten Kessels zum Einbauplatz sowie Durchführung von Anpassarbeiten
  • Vorbereitung des Transformators zum Transport: Demontage der notwendigen Komponenten, Verpackung von Transformatoren und Komponenten, Ausbesserung von Schäden am Korrosionsschutz, Transport des Transformators zur Verladefläche sowie Mitarbeit bei der Verladung
  • Prüffertiges Montieren von Transformatoren: Einbau des Aktivteils in den Kessel, Kessel verschließen sowie Montage von Trafokomponenten
  • Demontage von Reparaturtransformatoren
  • Sonstige Tätigkeiten: Durchführung einfacher Wartungsaufgaben gemäß Wartungsplan sowie Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung in einem industriellen Metallberuf
  • Bedienung von Flurförderfahrzeugen
  • Schweißfachschein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
