Responsibilities / Tasks

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Wareneingänge prüfen, dokumentieren und Lieferabweichungen mit Lieferanten klären

  • Eingehende Waren den entsprechenden Aufträgen und Bestellungen zuordnen

  • Serviceeinsätze durch Kommissionierung und Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen vorbereiten

  • Bestellungen administrativ verwalten und Bestellstatus nachverfolgen

  • Materialien für Serviceeinsätze zusammenstellen und Begleitdokumente erstellen

  • Kundenaufträge und Direktbestellungen anlegen sowie Auftragsbestätigungen versenden

Your Profile / Qualifications

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Fachlagerist oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikumfeld von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit SAP oder anderen Warenwirtschafts-/ERP-Systemen ist wünschenswert

  • Freude an praktischen Aufgaben in einem aktiven Lagerumfeld

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse gewünscht

  • Staplerschein von Vorteil
