Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Design, develop, and configure BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) and AIOps solutions. Implement anomaly detection, event correlation, noise reduction, and root cause analysis. Integrate monitoring tools with CMDB, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms. Automate incident management processes and IT operations workflows. Develop dashboards, service models, and observability solutions to enhance system reliability and reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR). Optimize IT operations through proactive monitoring, intelligent event management, and AIOps capabilities.
