Oracle eBS SCM Consultant

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Applications implementation and support projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 SCM modules, including Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), and Warehouse Management (WMS).
• Extensive experience in end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations, requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, configuration, testing, user training, and production support.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, with experience across manufacturing and automobile domains.
• Hands-on experience configuring Inventory Organizations, Operating Units, Multi-Org Structures, Item Masters, Sub-Inventories, Locators, Approval Hierarchies, Sourcing Rules, and Purchasing setups.
• Experience configuring Order Management processes, including customer setups, shipping parameters, transaction types, and document sequencing.
• Good knowledge of advanced SCM processes, including Drop Shipments, Back-to-Back Orders, RMA, IRISO, Lot/Serial Controls, Cycle Counting, Physical Inventory, and Receiving Transactions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound WMS processes.
• Experience conducting CRP, UAT, functional testing, regression testing, and production readiness activities.
• Proficient in creating test cases, managing test cycles, and tracking defects using Jira.
• Experience preparing AIM methodology documents, including BR100, BR110, D70, TE40, and TE50, along with user manuals, training materials, and functional documentation.
• Extensive experience in production support, ticket management, troubleshooting, and Oracle SR management.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience conducting requirement discussions, CRPs, user training, and coordinating with technical teams, DBAs, and Oracle Support.
