Position Details- Role: Community Manager
- Location: Abuja (FCT), Nigeria
- Employment Type: NYSC
- Oversee the company's WhatsApp communities made up of virtual sales agents.
- Monitor agents' sales activity and carry out consistent follow-ups on their progress.
- Keep agents engaged, encouraged, and properly updated at all times.
- Post updates, property listings, and announcements within the group chats.
- Respond to agents' inquiries and escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
- Must be a currently serving corps member.
- Highly active on WhatsApp and confident managing group conversations.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Well-organized, with the capacity to monitor the progress of multiple agents simultaneously.
N50,000 per month.
