Joining our dedicated logistics team, you will experience an open, safety-first culture where your continuous improvement ideas are welcomed and valued.

The Opportunity:

  • You maintain meticulous electronic and physical records across enterprise systems (such as SAP, LIMS, and EDMS) to track inventory, orders, and quality compliance.
  • You perform accurate inventory management, including cycle counts, scale/balance weight checks, and preparation of shipments for internal sites and partners.
  • You support business processes by generating reports, tracking metrics, and assisting with quality events and change records.
  • You actively contribute to our safety culture by reporting incidents or near-misses immediately, driving department standards, and supporting peers through on-the-job guidance.

Who you are:

  • You hold an Associate degree (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) along with 2+ years of operational, analytical, or supply chain experience.
  • You bring prior experience working in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environment with training in powder/chemical handling and laboratory practices.
  • You possess experience working in a cleanroom environment.
  • You possess strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with an unwavering commitment to quality and detail.
  • You hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and are able to pass required security screenings (such as the TSA Security Threat Assessment).
  • You are comfortable working in a cleanroom and warehouse environment, including wearing full cleanroom gowning/PPE, lifting up to 40 lbs, handling hazardous materials, and supporting 24/7 operational shifts as needed.

Preferred:

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing validated enterprise databases and software tools (e.g., SAP, LIMS, EDMS, MS Office).
