We have an exciting opportunity for a Navigation Engineer in Poway, CA.
As Navigation & Flight Sensors Engineer you will be a part of a team of skilled engineers responsible for designing, developing, analyzing, and maintaining navigation systems and other flight sensor equipment used in GA-ASI aircraft systems. This role requires an understanding of navigation (or adjacent ) technologies to ensure the success of critical aerospace projects.
DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on the design, development, and testing of navigation systems, flight sensors, and avionics equipment for aircraft applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sensor engineers, flight controls engineers, software developers, systems engineers, and advanced programs to integrate navigation systems seamlessly with aircraft systems.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in navigation and sensor technology by representing the company and participating in industry conferences.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Conduct research and development projects to enhance navigation system capabilities.
- Participate in bid and proposal activities.
