DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all phases of assigned program(s) from initiation through delivery.
- Have responsibility for the product quality, cost, schedule, and performance on contracts.
- Act as the primary customer contact. Lead program interface with customers on cost, schedule, and performance.
- Capture and execute a portfolio of programs. Develop proposals for new DoD classified efforts.
- Drive and oversee infrastructure improvements to meet growth.
- Ensure technical leadership and excellence is maintained by participating in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of the required management, professional, and technical talent.
