Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung einer Filiale

  • Du führst alle Mitarbeiter in deiner Filiale fachlich und disziplinarisch

  • Deine Rolle als Coach und Führungskraft ist es, deine Mitarbeiter verantwortungsvoll und situationsgerecht zu führen und sie individuell zu fördern

  • Du verantwortest die Umsatz- und Margenentwicklung der Filiale. Zugleich bist du für die Kosten und Ausgaben innerhalb deines Budgets zuständig

  • Du übernimmst die kontinuierliche Überprüfung, Optimierung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Servicequalität und der damit verbundenen Prozesse

  • Du überprüfst und optimierst regelmäßig deine operativen und finanziellen Kennzahlen zur Bewertung der Leistung deiner Standorte

  • Du steuerst und verantwortest die Umsetzung von Vertriebsaktionen innerhalb deiner Filiale

  • Du überwachst und gewährleistest die Einhaltung der Unternehmensprozesse und -richtlinien

  • Du führst eigenständig Teammeetings und Trainings durch

  • Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Filiale und dem Regional Manager Operations

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung

  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Personalführung sowie ein kooperativen Führungsstil mit Hands-On-Mentalität

  • Du hast Beratungs-, und Verkaufsgeschick mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Dich macht eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus

  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
