Responsabilitati:
- Inregistreaza cronologic si sistematic tranzactiile aferente obiectelor de inventar si mjloacelor fixe (achizitii,vanzari, amortizare, casari, transferuri etc.)
- Verifica si importa in contabilitate note generate automat din sistemele tehnice
- Efectueaza reconcilierea lunara a soldurilor repartizate
- Participa la inventarierea anuala a elementelor patrimoniale
- Participa la crearea interfetelor SAP pentru diverse cerinte de raportare
- Participa la testarea SAP pentru noile implementari
- Participa la implementarea proiectelor si initiativelor strategice
- Participa la generarea, prelucrarea, verificarea si incarcarea raportarii SAF T
- Contribuie la furnizarea datelor solicitate de auditori
- Verificarea inregistrarii corecte in contabilitate a facturilor primite, constituirea de cheltuieli estimate pentru facturi neprimite pe baza contractelor
