Role Overview:

Help organizations in Saudi Arabia improve customer experiences through cloud and AI-powered solutions. As a Solution Consultant at Genesys, you will work alongside Sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, demonstrate Genesys Cloud capabilities, and help design solutions that deliver meaningful business value.

Arabic fluency is a mandatory requirement for this customer-facing role. You will gain hands-on exposure to Genesys AI, automation, experience orchestration, integrations, and cloud technologies while developing your solution consulting skills and working with experienced colleagues and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer discovery sessions to understand business needs, customer journeys, and technical requirements
• Design customer solutions using Genesys Cloud, AI capabilities, integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies
• Develop and deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations for business and technical audiences
• Identify relevant AI use cases across self-service, agent assistance, personalization, analytics, and automation
• Partner with Sales and technical specialists to support opportunities throughout the sales cycle
• Support business cases and RFx responses by connecting proposed solutions with customer value
• Build trusted customer relationships while developing knowledge of Genesys products and customer experience best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Arabic fluency is mandatory for this role, with strong English communication skills also required
• Bachelor's degree or 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong interest in technology, AI, cloud solutions, and customer experience
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate effectively across customer, sales, and technical teams
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to AI, SaaS, CCaaS, cloud platforms, or customer experience technologies
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, APIs, software implementation, integrations, or coding
• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud or Genesys AI
• Experience in a customer-facing, technical, consulting, or sales support environment
