Senior Project Manager

1. Strategic Delivery Leadership• Lead end-to-end project/program delivery from initiation to implementation• Able to mentor junior Project Managers and effectively support Lead PM in delivery coordination• Drive alignment between business strategy, operational processes, and technology solutions• Ensure successful delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget2. Team Leadership & Capability Building• Able to coach and guide junior project manager/ new joiner• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across Business, IT, and Digital teams3. Requirement & Solution Oversight• Challenge and refine business requirements to ensure true end-to-end journey and value realization• Oversee solution design alignment (business + technical architecture)• Ensure clear visibility of dependencies, impacted systems, and integration points4. Governance & Executive Management• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, quality gates, and standards• Provide executive-level reporting with clear insights on:• Progress and milestones• Key risks and mitigation strategies• Issues and escalation actions• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (Head of PM, CIO/CIDO level)5. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management :Proactively identify and manage enterprise-level risks and cross-project dependencies6. Vendor & Stakeholder Leadership• Lead RFP strategy, vendor selection, and contract governance• Manage strategic relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders• Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and decision-making7. Resource & Financial Management• Oversee resource strategy and capacity planning with PMO• Optimize FTE allocation and vendor utilization• Manage and forecast project financials (Opex/Capex) at portfolio level

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
12–15+ years of experience in project/program delivery, preferably in banking or financial services
Proven track record in Leading large, complex transformation programs
Managing cross-functional and multi-vendor environments
Driving business-IT alignment
Experience in create TOR, Executive Report and can present to executive
