Job Description

Quality Analyst

Manages complete Product Quality Complaints (PQC) cycle from complaint intake through closure along with ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and customer resolution across customer’s product divisions

• Receive, log, and validate incoming quality complaints; ensure all mandatory data fields are complete (Sales District, Manufacturing Location, Division, Profit Center, Defect Codes) with Data Integrity.
• Classify complaints by severity, product line, business group, and regulatory impact.
• Manage Sample Return and Product Return workflows per customer for SOPs.
• Process Intercompany Complaints and coordinate resolution across internal business units.
• Handle customer communications throughout the complaint lifecycle; answer inbound quality calls.
• Process Customer Accommodations with correct adjustment codes.
• Close complaints within stringent Cycle Time target.
• Support peripheral scope including PLM activities, Plant Operations Quality, and SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Requests).
• Leading and providing support to cross functional teams on the resolution of quality issues including product recalls, complaints, nonconforming materials, etc. while monitoring and addressing root causes.
• Providing support for the division’s Quality Management Systems, including ownership of corrective and preventive actions, and driving Supplier / Outsource Manufacturing Quality control and improvement.
• Partnering with/providing oversight to division manufacturing sites to drive Operational Quality Excellence and continuous improvement: Working to identify, address sources of risk and variability, standardize work and error proof operations, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assuring compliance with external regulations, customer requirements, internal requirements, and industry standards.

Review customer product complaints for timely customer feedback and resolution.
