Job Description

1) Work with Finance teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve processes and reduce manual effort. 2) Gather business requirements, create process documents, user stories, and coordinate with developers/data scientists to build solutions. 3) Perform process analysis, UAT testing, stakeholder management, and track the effectiveness of AI solutions using KPIs. 4) Required skills: Business Analysis, AI/ML awareness, SQL, Advanced Excel, basic Python/R, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, process mapping, and strong communication skills.
