Job Description

Overview:

Critical to understanding adoption and improving User Experience is the ability to drive Reporting, Analytics and Actionable insights across Client's digital enablement tools. The Reporting and Analytics Lead plays a critical role within the Digital Experience COE in the success of business-critical projects by driving best practice business change through effective governance, standards, assurance, tools and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Creating dashboards and standard ServiceNow Reporting
• Creating reporting strategy, execution, and delivery for the reports.
• Experienced in defining Key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs and metrics
• Ability to teach others and enable them to develop Performance Analytics
• Able to work with process owners / business to gather reporting requirements and translate into functioning PA reports
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports that provide insights and trends to support data quality, operational activities, and continuous improvements initiatives. Build, develop, and maintain repeatable, accurate, and credible metrics, dashboards, and reports, which will often require leading cross-functional efforts to build alignment and standardize definitions for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), target goals, and how KPIs will be calculated, tracked and visualized
• Develop data analytics & reporting program roadmap for the ServiceNow application and lead, motivate and drive the data governance process and ensure standards and processes for master data are followed
• Act as the workstream testing lead for bi-annual releases, projects, and issue resolution, working with business users, IT, vendors, and other support teams to define scope, plan the testing strategy for any system changes and enhancements. Identify testing framework, test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Design appropriate data access through the assignment and removal of configured security roles in ServiceNow

The role partners with stakeholders across the functions and segments within Client Services to deliver Actional Data Driven Insights. The focus is on Actional Insights to drive a better experience across our Digital Solutions. Closely collaborates with products owners and internal stakeholders ensuring products are of high quality and compliant with enterprise standards.

Experience needed:

• Expert in creating reporting strategy, execution and delivery for the reports.
• Strong stakeholder management skills are essential
• Experience of supporting business change, testing and communication
• Confident in identifying and escalating key points/issues
• Experience in ensuring project deliverables are accurate and to the right quality
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and task management skills
