Job Description
• Manage and direct a team of software engineers and developers- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and implement software development processes and best practices
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of software applications
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to improve development efficiency
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
