Job Description

• We are seeking dynamic and motivated interns to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As an intern at Genpact, you will work on real projects that impact our business and help shape the future of our industry.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze trends
• Support project management activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
