Job Description

• Lead and manage the IT operations team

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure and data
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize processes and workflows
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users

• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.
