Job Description

Position Summary

The HR Advisory Leader is a strategic advisor responsible for partnering with business and HR leaders to design, optimize, and transform HR functions. The role provides expertise across HR operating models, service delivery, workforce strategy, HR technology, process excellence, governance, and employee experience.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, the HR Advisory Leader helps shape future-state HR organizations by leveraging data, digital technologies, AI, and industry leading practices to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Advisory

· Partner with HR and business executives to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities.

· Advise on HR operating models, service delivery strategies, and workforce transformation initiatives.

· Provide thought leadership on the future of HR, workforce trends, and AI-enabled HR services.

HR Transformation

· Lead end-to-end HR transformation initiatives across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

· Assess current-state HR capabilities and define future-state operating models.

· Identify opportunities for standardization, centralization, automation, and AI adoption.

· Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation strategies.

HR Operating Model & Process Excellence

· Design scalable HR operating models across Global Business Services, Shared Services, HRBPs, and Centers of Excellence.

· Simplify and standardize HR processes to improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience.

· Define governance frameworks, service ownership, and process accountability.

Technology & Digital Enablement

· Advise on HR technology strategy including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and AI-enabled HR platforms.

· Improve digital adoption, workflow automation, self-service, and intelligent case management.

· Drive AI and agentic AI use cases across HR service delivery.

Stakeholder Management

· Build trusted advisor relationships with CHROs, HR executives, and business leaders.

· Facilitate executive workshops, design sessions, and governance forums.

· Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement

· Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Benchmark HR capabilities against leading practices.

· Identify productivity, cost optimization, and experience improvements.

Leadership

· Lead and mentor HR advisors, consultants, and transformation teams.

· Build advisory capabilities and reusable methodologies.

· Foster innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• HR consulting, HR transformation
• Experience designing HR operating models and leading enterprise HR transformation.
• Global HR experience preferred.
