Job Description
• Lead a team of Java developers in the design and development of software applications;- Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards;
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions;
- Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
