Job Description
Responsibilities:Play a key supporting role in ensuring compliance with legal regulations and corporate policies, contributing to transparency, ethical practices, and accountability.
Assist in preparing and filing corporate governance documents with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct legal research on corporate law and governance-related issues to support decision-making.
Coordinate and track filings with regulatory authorities to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Support compliance efforts by monitoring changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate governance.
Assist in drafting corporate policies and procedures that align with governance standards.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board and committee meetings.
Maintain corporate records and databases to ensure accurate documentation and accessibility for governance purposes.
