Job Description

Responsibilities:

Facilitate client and business unit meetings, ensuring effective data collection, analysis, and clear communication of insights.

Develop and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) to monitor team performance, analyze data, and present findings to senior client stakeholders and internal teams.

Collaborate with Ops Team Leads and other team members to ensure clear communication of issues and implementation of solutions to enhance operations.

Mentor analysts, promoting the development of fundamental operational skills and ensuring precision and attention to detail in all tasks.

Utilize advanced MS Excel skills, working with large datasets, pivot tables, and basic macros to support day-to-day operations.

Document business processes, screen flows, and business rules, ensuring consistency and standardization across operations.

Produce and distribute meeting minutes, while creating and delivering training materials to support team development.
