Job Description

Oversee end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure alignment with global finance policies.

Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across R2R operations.

Lead and mentor the R2R team, ensuring performance management and capability development.

Ensure readiness for internal and external audits by maintaining robust documentation and controls.
