Job Description
Responsibilities:Review and validate claim information for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
Process and adjudicate claims within defined turnaround times, ensuring compliance with guidelines and procedures.
Communicate with clients, providers, and internal teams to provide claim status updates and resolve basic queries.
Identify and escalate claim discrepancies or exceptions for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims processed to support compliance and reporting requirements.
Support team workflows by collaborating with peers and other departments for smooth claim processing operations.
Participate in process training and knowledge-sharing sessions to build domain expertise and improve accuracy.
