Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform Data Extraction and Data Analysis using tools like SQL, Python and other BI tools to identify trends, patterns and identify actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
• Analyze and validate business and insurance data from multiple sources including policy, claims, premium and financial datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and completeness through data quality checks and reconciliation.
• Develop and automate analytical reports, dashboards and recurring processes using Python and BI tools to improve reporting efficiency and support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional teams such as Actuarial, Underwriting, and Client to understand business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Present analytical findings and recommendation to stakeholders and senior management, clearly communicating key trends, business performance, data-driven insights and opportunities for process improvement.
