Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze claim submissions and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

Verify policy coverage and eligibility in accordance with underwriting guidelines and company policies.

Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide claim updates and resolve routine inquiries.

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards during claims adjudication.

Accurately document claim assessments, decisions, and outcomes in internal systems for audit readiness.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claim issues, escalating cases where required.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all claim processing activities.

Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions.
