About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in Monumint’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting.
• Complete 100+ outbound touchpoints per day across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into financial services / fintech.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Prior experience in a tech startup is a plus.

Compensation

Salary range for this role is $75,000 - $125,000 OTE per year.
