Job Description
Skilled SQL/SSIS Developer with strong experience in SQL Server and SSIS to design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with database development, performance tuning, and data integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views in SQL Server.
Work with PostgreSQL databases for data extraction, loading, and reporting.
Perform data migration between SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other data sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL failures and database performance issues.
Monitor and optimize ETL jobs for reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across databases.
Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and database objects.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Good knowledge of SQL programming, stored procedures, views, triggers, and indexing.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
Experience using Git or other version control tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
