Job Description

Experienced L&D professional with high functional skill s in instruction Design. Require added ability to lead and manage the entire project with skillsets below:

ü Planning - Prepare project map, plan for resources and means of execution

ü Client interaction - Identify / help the team identify requirements, and define deliverables that measure up to client requirement

ü Project execution - Ensuring - timelines of deliverable, resource utilization, resource availability, high level review of the deliverables

ü Ensure the deliverables meet the Quality standards as required by the client, and take corrective action in case of deviation

ü People development - ensure growth and up-gradation of skills for the team, identify training needs, ensure people have the required skills as per the need of the project. Plan for and ensure career development of the team

ü Provide strategic inputs to the team on meeting the customer requirements constantly

ü Pre sales support - Technical inputs in preparing proposals for clients

Qualifications

Bachelors - Communication, Bachelors - Design, Bachelors - Graphic Design, Bachelors - Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Bachelors - Visual Communication

Certifications

Certified Digital Marketing Professional - Digital Marketing InstituteDigital Marketing Institute
