Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) System Administrator

Experience: 5.3 Years

Professional Summary

Experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) System Administrator with 5.3 years of expertise in administering, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 CE/CRM environments. Skilled in user management, security role administration, system customization, data management, environment monitoring, release management, and integration support. Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance, compliance, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments across Development, UAT, and Production.
• Manage users, teams, business units, security roles, and field-level security.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
• Monitor system performance, usage, and application health.
• Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and migration activities using Data Management tools.
• Support system integrations with Power Platform, Azure Services, Outlook, SharePoint, and third-party applications.
• Manage solution deployment, release management, and environment refresh activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Maintain audit, compliance, and security standards within D365 environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Support Power Automate flows and basic Power Apps administration.
• Coordinate with Microsoft support and vendors for critical incidents and platform-related issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
