岗位职责：
1. 负责CDMO业务中多肽和寡核苷酸药物的全生命周期的管理;
2. 作为客户/商务以及内部团队的主要接口，提供合理的项目方案并协调项目执行和交付
3. 制定CDMO项目计划，监控项目进度，确保按时交付符合客户要求的产品
4. 确保项目符合cGMP、ICH等国际法规要求
5. 人才梯队的建立和提升团队能力，建立内部知识管理体系，优化项目管理流程。
任职要求：
1. 核酸化学、药物化学或相关硕士及以上学历;
2. 5年以上CDMO公司多肽药物或小核酸药物CMC项目管理经验;
3. 熟悉多肽合成或寡核苷酸合成的工艺开发、放大和GMP生产;
4. 深入了解cGMP法规要求，有CDMO项目FDA/EMA/NMPA上市申请获批经验者优先
5. 英语可作为工作语言;
6. 熟悉CDMO业务模式和合同谈判流程。
