2. 生产技术支持

l 为生产团队提供技术支持，解决生产过程中的技术难题

l 与研发团队合作，持续优化生产工艺和产品质量

3. 客户沟通与服务

l 负责与客户沟通，定期汇报客户项目进展

l 处理客户关于订单进度和技术问题的咨询

l 维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度

4. 商务支持

l 协助商务团队评估具有技术难度的项目，

l 参与项目报价，确保技术要求明确

l 参与客户访问和行业会议

任职要求

l 博士学位，分子生物学、细胞生物学、结构生物学、生物化学或相关领域

l 熟悉蛋白表达和纯化技术，特别是哺乳动物细胞表达系统; 具备蛋白纯化技术专长（如亲和层析、离子交换、凝胶过滤层析等）; 熟悉 SDS-PAGE、Western blotting、HPLC 和质谱等分析技术;

l 出色的客户沟通能力，能够有效与客户沟通技术问题; 良好的团队协作能力，能够协调不同部门之间的工作; 优秀的中英文沟通能力，能够撰写专业技术文档和报告，能用英语口语跟海外客户沟通

l 具备项目管理经验，能够独立管理复杂项目，抗压能力强; 良好的时间管理和组织能力。熟练使用 Microsoft Office 等办公软件
