设计并执行系统性实验优化方案（DOE、多因子分析、参数筛选等）;
评估影响产量、活性、稳定性、成本的关键变量;
配合自动化平台完成实验执行与数据采集;
对实验数据进行分析与建模，辅助下一轮实验设计;
推动 DBTL（设计-构建-测试-学习）理念落地。

任职要求

1、学历与经验

博士学历，生物工程、合成生物学、生化、分子生物等相关专业;
1-3 年以上工业界或科研经验，具备项目主导能力。

2、能力方向（需具备 2-3 类，至少一类较强）

蛋白表达 / 合成生物学：熟悉蛋白表达系统或无细胞体系，理解影响 yield、溶解度、活性、稳定性的因素;
过程优化 / DOE：有实际的多因子实验设计、响应面法、参数优化经验;
自动化 / 高通量：使用过液体工作站、酶标仪、LC-MS、SDS-PAGE、活性检测等工具;
数据分析与建模：能结构化实验数据，使用回归模型、贝叶斯优化、随机森林或 active learning 辅助实验设计;
DBTL 思维：能连接湿实验、数据与模型，形成优化闭环。
