Senior Scientist, Quality Research

Key Responsibilities:

1. Peptide Analytical Method Development and Quality Research

• Develop and validate analytical methods for peptide raw materials, intermediates, and final products in accordance with project plans
• Support peptide formulation screening and conduct quality and stability studies for cosmetic peptide ingredients
• Independently analyze key experimental data and propose optimization strategies

2. Experimental Documentation and Reporting

• Accurately record raw experimental data in compliance with laboratory standards
• Analyze and summarize experimental results, and prepare internal reports and client deliverables
• Ensure all documentation complies with GxP and relevant regulatory requirements

3. R&D Planning and Technical Advancement

• Regularly report project progress and technical challenges
• Participate in the development of R&D strategies and experimental plans
• Propose technical improvements and drive project execution forward

4. Laboratory Management

• Maintain and manage laboratory equipment to ensure proper operation
• Support daily lab operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment

Requirements:

• PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field
• Proven experience in peptide R&D or quality research, with strong expertise in analytical method development and validation
• Proficient in HPLC, LC-MS, mass spectrometry, and related analytical techniques
• Familiar with laboratory quality systems and capable of independent data analysis and report writing
• Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills
• Highly responsible, with strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset
