Sales Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist with lead generation and prospecting for potential clients.
• Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and other approved channels.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Support the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
• Promote the company's services, products, and training programmes.
• Assist with customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.
• Monitor sales activities and provide regular updates to the Sales Team Lead.
• Support sales campaigns, events, and other business development activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in communicating with prospective clients.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and work towards sales targets.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
