Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von praxisorientierten Schulungsveranstaltungen am Standort Haßfurt
  • Abstimmung der Schulungen auf Kundengruppen inkl. Auswahl der entsprechenden Räumlichkeiten
  • Live-Demonstrationen & Werkführungen im Experience-Center Haßfurt
  • Instandhaltung, bauliche Maßnahmen innerhalb der Räumlichkeiten, Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios von Experience-Center und Worklab
  • Entwicklung von Trainingsmaterialien und Vorträgen anhand der strategischen Initiativen der Region
  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung von Schulungsmodulen für interne und externe Schulungen.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen on-site, also beim Kunden vor Ort und/oder bei Veranstaltungen
  • Abstimmung des Schulungsprogramm mit weiteren deutschen Produktionsstandorten
  • Technisches Sparring mit RPMs bzw. Produktmanagement, zur Weitergabe der relevanten Inhalte für den deutschen Markt
  • Unterstützung der Abteilung Marketing bei Messen, Veranstaltungen etc.

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Technische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versorgungstechnik/Gebäudetechnik oder abgeschlossenes Studium in einer technischen Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen, Präsentationen oder Workshops für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere PowerPoint, Teams und Outlook
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten vor Gruppen.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Freude am Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Organisationstalent und einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
