  • Mentor other engineers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing.
  • Use AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, agentic workflows) to boost quality and productivity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience (10-15 years overall).
  • Experience in a Principal, Lead Engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET, Angular, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Comfortable working without a dedicated QA team, taking ownership of testing (shift-left approach).
