  • Support and maintain complex enterprise network environments across global offices and data centres.
  • Manage enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and day-to-day network operations.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Manage Cisco Meraki switching and wireless infrastructure.
  • Support Ruckus wireless environments where applicable.
  • Manage and troubleshoot FortiNet VPN connections.
  • Ensure network reliability, security, and performance across corporate business operations.
  • Work with global teams to support office and data centre network environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and business impact.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience supporting complex enterprise networks.
  • Strong experience with enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and network operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (switching & wireless).
  • Ruckus wireless experience preferred.
  • Experience with FortiNet VPN.
  • Experience supporting global corporate environments, including offices and data centres.
