Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development, including Shopify Plus implementations
Strong experience customizing Horizon themes
Proven experience building custom checkout UI extensions
Demonstrated experience developing private and custom Shopify applications
Deep understanding of Shopify core concepts including metafields, metaobjects, Liquid, JSON templates, and schema
Strong expertise with Shopify Admin APIs, Storefront APIs, and GraphQL queries and mutations
Solid understanding of Shopify data modeling, extensibility patterns, and platform limitations
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in complex, requirement-driven environments
Comfortable providing technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development
