Main responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing (PO, Non PO),
- Processing Employee Claims in Concur
- Handling with vendor inquires
- Payment processing
- AP balance sheet accounts reconciliation and follow up on aged items
- Clearing open items
- Participation in month end closing
- Prepare monthly accrual
- Everyday communication with business partner
- Secure high quality and professional day to day accounting service within agreed SLA
- Identify potential process improvements within PtP area
- Internal controls
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-year experience in the Finance area within AP Department preferably in accordance to Polish regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team
- Very good Customer Service skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proactivity, improvements driver, problem solver
- Very good knowledge of English language (written and oral)
- SAP knowledge
